En concreto, puede suspender los contratos de trabajo de sus empleados durante el tiempo necesario para superar sus dificultades o pueden reducir sus jornadas diarias entre un 10% y un 70%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si lo que necesita es suspender los contratos de trabajo de sus empleados\u00a0 porque, por ejemplo, su planta de producci\u00f3n se est\u00e1 viendo afectada por la situaci\u00f3n que se est\u00e1 produciendo en China hay que alegar causas productivas, organizativas y econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A modo de ejemplo existen causas organizativas cuando se producen cambios, entre otros, en el \u00e1mbito de los sistemas y m\u00e9todos de trabajo del personal o en el modo de organizar la producci\u00f3n.
